【2.5次元】ほぼ素組1/144HG「ガンダムアスタロト」制作レビュー

鉄血のオルフェンズ第二期楽しみにしてる？
筆者は楽しみすぎて、UCのストーリーが
頭に入ってこない事態に。
いや、単に阿呆なだけかもしれぬ。
先日、やっとの思いで購入した
完成したので、レビューしたいと思う。
筆者の制作スタイルは基本的に素組だ。
使用している道具も以下の4つ。
・ニッパー
・鉄製平ヤスリ
・紙ヤスリ
・ガンダムマーカー
表面のマット感を出すために紙ヤスリをかける。
ディティールアップのためにスミ入れをする。
塗り分けが必要な箇所で黒を使う。
立体感とリアル感のために汚しをかける。
以上。
これだけなので、非常に簡単。
しかも出来栄えもそこそこなので個人的には満足している。
さて、キットのほうはというと、
なによりもまず、組みやすかった。
かなりパーツが小さく、組みにくい印象を受けた。
それと比べるとパーツ数も少なめで気軽に組めるのが強みだろう。
気になったのは、ゲートとパーツが近いため、
カットした時にゲート跡が残りやすいこと。
比較的、ゲート跡が目立ちにくいところにあるものの、
気をつけないと白化してしまう。
また、塗り分けが完全ではないので、ある程度塗装の必要がある。
手持ちのガンダムマーカーには限りがあるので、
持っていない色に関しては近い雰囲気が出せるように別の色で塗装した。
ボックスアートがメチャメチャカッコいい。
主人公は、アルジ・ミラージ。アルミラージではない。
まずはフレームから組むことにした。
シリンダーっぽいところに金でワンポイントをいれた。右下のは全部隠れたので無駄だった。
フレーム完成。短剣を持たせてみた。
フレームの内側を黒く塗ることで、締りを演出。はみ出した部分はヤスリがけをした。
サブアーム。設定的には左手用だが、キットとしては右手としても組めるよう工夫がされている。
組みあがり。膝部分など、擦れが予想される部分はヤスリで傷つけてある。
右側だけ汚し塗装。写真で見ると汚い感じだが、実物はそこそこ。
完成。途中、汚し塗装用の銀インクがキレるというアクシデントに見舞われたが一応できた。
思ったよりも早く完成したので、
もう少し丁寧に組んでも良かったかも。
2週間でおよそ10時間程度で完成した。
もう少し時間をかけて丁寧に組んでも良かったかな。
今後は撮影環境も整えておきたい。
